MTech knives. Are they any good?
I usually stick to knives I know are good quality (Colt, S&W, Buck, etc.) but am curious to know if MTech knives are any good at all. My neighbor wants to sell me a 14′ MTech black bowie tactical/hunting knife for $15. It looks and feels good in my hand but I want to hear from people who’ve owned them first. Any good?
They’re very few really *bad* knives left these days. Today, chances are the best brands you know of are made in the same factories by the same people out of the same materials as the cheaper brands. MTech is one of those. It’s a cheaper brand name….not really cheaper materials or workmanship. It’s mostly fantasy crap, though….sold for looks, not for real use.
If you like it, buy it. Chances are you won’t be too disappointed.
